SIMPLY SMOOTHIE
Simply Smoothie. There are many different types of smoothies that you can make. You can add your favorite types of fruits and veggies into your Simply Smoothie drink below is a recipe that I enjoy!
You will need a blender to mush and blend the ingredients together for a yummy and healthy drink on the go. This smoothie has a mixture of fruits and veggies in it.
Ingredients:
1 cup of spinach or kale
1/2 avocado (makes it creamy)
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 bananas
1/2 cups of blue berries
